PRICE&TIME Fares and payment methods

There are two types of fares: Travel in the same area (500 yen for adults)
and Travel across areas (700 yen for adults).
Payment can be made at the time of boarding by cash or cashless service, and coupon tickets are also available.

<Examples of fares>
1.From Abashiri Station (Area A) to Michi no Eki Ryuhyo Kaido Abashiri (Area A) → 500 yen as it is within the same area.
2.From Abashiri Station (Area A) to Okhotsk Drift Ice Museum (Area B) → 700 yen as the journey crosses into another area.

Pay at the fare box in the bus with cash or bus tickets.

If you use the cashless service or internet bus tickets,
please show the screen to the driver.

  • ※You can also use 100 yen subsidy coupons issued by Abashiri City and 100 yen discount coupons issued by the Abashiri Central Shopping Street Promotion Association.
  • ※General bus tickets cannot be used as payment for the Doko Bus.
  • ※You cannot purchase bus tickets for the Doko Bus on-board the bus.
  • ※For vehicles not equipped with a money-change machine, the driver can provide you with change before you pay.
  • ※Please have small change ready in advance. We appreciate your cooperation.

<Notes on use>

  • ・Arrival times
    As this is a shared-ride bus, there may be a delay in boarding time at the designated bus stop due to changes in the route. Please understand this in advance.
  • ・Reservation time
    Reservations that cannot arrive at the destination bus stop by 16:00 cannot be accepted.
    If you wish to use the bus after 15:00, please contact the call centre as soon as possible.
  • ・Cancellation
    If the reserved person is not at the bus stop when the bus arrives, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
    Please be sure to be at the bus stop when the bus is due to arrive.
