    Check the numbers of the bus stop you are getting on and off at on the map.

    Booking via the automated voice response system

    • You can easily book the ride by following the audio guidance.
    • Please refer to the bus stop number where you would like to board and get off at before making a reservation.

    • ●Reservations cannot be made for a specific date or time.
    • ●If you are not at the bus stop at the scheduled arrival time, your reservation may be cancelled.

    Go to the designated bus stop

    Wait at the designated bus stop when the 'Doko Bus' is due to arrive.
    When the bus arrives please give your reservation number when boarding

  • ・Arrival times
    As this is a shared-ride bus, there may be a delay in boarding time at the designated bus stop due to changes in the route. Please understand this in advance.
  • ・Reservation time
    Reservations that cannot arrive at the destination bus stop by 16:00 cannot be accepted.
    If you wish to use the bus after 15:00, please contact the call centre as soon as possible.
  • ・Cancellation
    If the reserved person is not at the bus stop when the bus arrives, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
    Please be sure to be at the bus stop when the bus is due to arrive.
