Abashiri City Folk Museum
This museum explores Abashiri’s rich ‘nature’ and ‘history’ from ancient times to the present day through displays and explanations. The building was completed in 1936 and is one of the oldest museums in Hokkaido, and is registered as a Tangible Cultural Property of Japan.
